ALDUAIJ JEWELRY EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply exclusively to Alduaij jewelry products accompanied by an original invoice or proof of purchase.

Pure GOLD 

Gold jewelry, gold coins, gold bars, gold chains, or any pure gold product can NOT be exchanged or refunded for any reason other than manufacturing defects or product non-conformity with the invoice.

DIAMOND JEWELRY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE 

Can be exchanged for diamond jewelry or a Diamond Gift Voucher Only equal to or higher than the invoiced amount of the jewelry item. The item to be exchanged must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage. Customers may not return or exchange any item that has undergone any alteration.  

 DIAMOND JEWELRY AFTER 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE 

Alduaij Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchange with another diamond jewelry after 5 days of purchase. In case of an exchange, refund, or issuing credit voucher, deduction of labor charges, modeling charges, and usage costs will be applied. The value of the exchanged product should equal or exceed the valuation of the returned product. Valuing the returned product may take up to 45 days.

DIAMOND AND GEMSTONES 

Loose diamonds are purchased, sold, and repurchased at RAPAPORT published prices. The sale and Purchase discount percentages are applicable based on the quality of the loose diamond. Loose diamonds and gemstones cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

CREDIT SALES 

Credit sales can NOT be exchanged with any other product or refunded for any reason even if the product remained in the custody of Alduaij Jewelry. The customer is required to pay an equal number of monthly installments before the end of each month. The customer is required to close the outstanding balance of the credit invoice at the agreed settlement date. The outstanding balance will be immediately due in case the customer expresses their interest in refunding or exchanging the product. Any advance payment(s), installment(s), or deposit(s) paid for Credit Sales is not refundable. Alduaij Jewelry reserves the right to act as it sees fit in case of procrastination of the customer to pay the remaining amount due. The customer is not entitled to claim any part of the amount from the company. 

SPECIAL ORDER 

Unless the product does not match the specifications of the special-order agreement or delivery deadline the product must be accepted by the customer and the customer must fully pay the balance amount in case of any. Any delay in delivery of the special orders beyond the control of Alduaij Jewelry must be entertained by the customer. The same terms of Credit Sales apply for special orders.  

PURCHASES DURING EXHIBITIONS AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS

Purchases during exhibitions, special promotions, or special discounts cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with the invoice details

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY – PRECIOUS METAL DEPARTMENT  

Jewelry sold at Alduaij Jewelry is subject to the law of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait has conformed to the quality standards of the Ministry and is stamped by the Precious Metals Department. Some pieces may be exempted from stamping according to their specifications. 

Customers can verify the details on the invoice with the Ministry of Commerce within 5 days of purchase. In case of any discrepancy, the customer has the right to return the jewelry for exchange or refund. Alduaij Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any other types of settlements with the customer for the disputed item.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Jewelry for exchange or upgrade within 5 days must be in its original purchase condition and accompanied by the original invoice with no signs of usage.

• Alduaij Jewelry reserves the right to decline exchanges or refunds after 5 days.

• Gold jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded. Diamond jewelry can only be upgraded to other diamond jewelry.

• Any applicable changes incurred by Alduaij Jewelry will be deducted in refund cases.

• The entire invoice balance of Credit Invoices or Special Orders is due and non-refundable in case the customer procrastinates in making payments. Alduaij Jewelry reserves the right to take appropriate action or claim compensation.

• Exhibition and Special Discount sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
